What is Transaction ID Reader?
Designed to work with the “Transaction ID Logger” tag template. This variable returns either true/false upon checking if the current Transaction ID has already been logged, or the full array of IDs.
Transaction ID Reader variable is created by gtm-templates-simo-ahava. Once you set up server side tagging with MetricsGate, you can use this variable with Google Tag Manager to enhance your data analytics.
This variable template is part of an open-source community, with its source code accessible on Github, and its documentation can also be found online.
